Legal eagles,

User (you)hereby indemnifies, defends and holds harmless Bunco Squad
and Bunco Squad’s agents, affiliates and assigns (the “Consultant’s
Indemnitees”) from and against any and all Liabilities asserted
against, imposed upon or incurred by the user’s Indemnitees by reason
of or resulting from or arising out of (a) any misrepresentation,
breach of warranty or nonfulfillment of any liability of any
agreement on the part of Bunco Squad contained herein and (b) any and
all actions and conduct by or on behalf of Bunco Squad.

User also
agrees to hold harmless Bunco Squad and its agents and affiliates for
any use or misuse of” Tip of the Week” posts, articles, or any other content
available on this site.
